                                          မိေက်ာင္းစီးတမ္းကစားႀကမယ္။
A DEADLY crocodile lazes in the sun — as KIDDIES climb on its back.

Parents think nothing of letting youngsters play with monster reptiles hailed in their village as sacred.

They insist 100 of the crocs who have made their home in a desert oasis pond NEVER eat humans.
But just to make sure, they keep the bellies of their “pets” stuffed by breeding chickens for their witchdoctor to sacrifice to them daily.

                                                     ရပ္နုိင္ေပ.၊ရပ္နုိ္င္ေပ.

Photographer Oliver Born, who took the amazing snaps near Ouagodougou — capital of landlocked West African state Burkina Faso — said: “It’s magical.”
                                       ရြာလယ္လမ္းမွာအိပ္ေနတဲ.မိေက်ာင္း

The Nile crocodiles grow up to 20ft long. But it is only thanks to their thrashing around that the villagers’ vital source of water continues to exist at all after hundreds of years.

Oliver explained: “These crocodiles are completely wild and contribute to the preservation of the pool.

                                            လာႀကလာႀက၊ဦးဦးပံုေၿပာမယ္္။

“By their displacements they create the movements that dig the pool and thus avoid its disappearance.”
