THIS young boy risks death everyday – after being born with a protruding heart.
Four-year-old Chinese boy Zhang Weiyuan’s heart is only protected by a thin covering of skin.

And doctors have warned that any blow to the protrusion – which is about 8cm in diameter - could easily kill him.

Zhang, from northeast Chinas Liaoning province, suffers from a rare heart ailment - Pentalogy of Cantrell – which has a complex series of defects including congenital heart disease and sternum abnormalities.
