အဂၤလိပ္လိုသတင္းေလးပါ....

A man who has become famous for driving a lorry despite having no hands is suing his local police force for the right to drive legally.

He Yuelin, 49, of Lijiang, Yunnan province, lost his hands as a nine-year-old when playing with a discarded bomb, reports New Law Daily.
He has been driving lorries since 1984 - and has appeared on television for his driving skills - but has never been able to get a license.
"Over the years I've had so many fine tickets that I can't even count them all," he said.
"But I have to drive to support the whole family. Driving is the only skill I have."
To prove that he was capable of driving a lorry, He entered many driving competitions and in 2002 was featured on television setting a record for driving a truck on treacherous mountain roads.
He became well known and earned the nickname the 'Handless Driving King', but his local traffic department still refused to issue him a license.
Last year, China relaxed its regulations to allow some people with disabilities to drive - but He was still deemed too badly handicapped to drive.
"There's discrimination against disabled people in driving vehicles. Actually disabled people often drive very safely," he complained.
"Disabled people have strong safety awareness as they don't want to have further damage to their body. There's no absolutely connection between accidents and body disability."
